30 YEARS OF HOUSING EXPERIENCE

Meridian Group employees have been in the business of producing and managing housing for 30 years. Collectively, Meridian has developed, built, or managed over 10,000 apartment units... from rural, twenty-unit buildings, to 400-unit, urban complexes. In 1975, Meridian developed and built the very first Section 8 housing in the United States. Meridian still manages these properties today, along with nearly 4500 housing units for over 30 different partnerships.
