As a Vice President, Rodney is responsible for over 1,200 units with an asset value of over $60,000,000. He is also responsible for representing Meridian and its interests to a broadbased audience encompassing the business community, non-profit organizations, and numerous government agencies.

Rodney co-lead a real estate assessment plan for the City of Madison which resulted in a $16 million dollar investment to purchase apartments, reduce density, and plan for a business district. The Community Development Authority has been very successful in revitalizing the former Broadway/Simpson neighborhood.

Current board and committee appointments include The Wisconsin Partnership for Affordable Housing, The Wisconsin Supreme Court Office of Lawyer Regulation District 9 Committee, and The Madison Community Foundation's Grant Allocation Committee.

Rodney has an MBA in Finance from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, and an Associate of Arts & Science degree in Business Administration from Laramie Community College. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
