Description
Meridian Group Inc., a property management company specializing in affordable housing, has a Property Manager position open at Regina Hill Apartments in Superior, WI. Regina Hill offers 67 units of section 8 housing for seniors and people with a disability. THIS POSITION WILL BE STAFFED 32 HOURS/WEEK (qualifies for full time benefits).
The Property Manager will manage the day to day operations of the property including, but not limited to: leasing, rent collection, Section 8 certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the property. The successful candidate's experience must include good administrative, organizational, and computer skills and have the ability to provide excellent customer service. Property management experience preferred. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
