Description
Meridian is seeking to fill a full-time position working as a residential Maintenance Technician at Wexford Ridge Apartments located in Madison, WI. Wexford Ridge offers 246 units of affordable housing to families.
The successful candidate's experience should include landscape maintenance, basic knowledge of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools. This position qualifies for our full-time benefits program and competitive salary. There will be on-call responsibilities with a financial incentive.
