Description
We have an opening for a full time Social Service Coordinator at Pioneer Place Apartments in Poynette, WI.
The property consists of 90 Section 8 apartments designated for seniors. This position will assist residents in identifying needs, connecting to services and their community, and helping them remain independent and successful in their tenancy. The Service Coordinator also coordinates with community agencies to bring health, wellness, and educational programming to the property.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor degree in social work or related human service field OR applicable experience, excellent communication skills, and experience with/knowledge of: the aging process, elder and disability services, federal and state benefit programs, AODA issues, and mental health issues.
Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our full time benefits program and competitive salary.
