We have a full-time position open for a residential Maintenance Technician in Poynette, WI. This position is located at Pioneer Place Apartments. This property offers 90 units of affordable housing to those age 62+.
The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools.
