Description
We have a full-time position working as a residential Maintenance Technician at apartment communities in both Fort Atkinson and Janesville, WI. These properties offer affordable housing to seniors and persons with disabilities and families.
The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools. This position qualifies for our full time benefits program and competitive salary. There will be on-call responsibilities with a financial incentive.
