Description
We have a part-time position open for a residential Maintenance Technician at a group of apartment communities in Chippewa County offering affordable housing.
This position offers up to 20 hours/week with flexibility in how the hours are scheduled. The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools. This position qualifies for our part time benefits program and competitive salary.
