Description
Meridian has a part-time (24 HOURS/WEEK) Property Manager opening at Riverview Apartments in Sheboygan. Riverview offers 47 units of subsidized housing for seniors and people with a disability. The Property Manager will manage the day to day operations of the properties including, but not limited to: leasing, rent collection, section 8 certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the properties. The successful candidate's experience must include strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Property management experience preferred. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our part time benefits and competitive salary.
