Description
We have a full time Property Manager opening at Segoe Terrace & Lakeview Village located near Hilldale in Madison, WI. Segoe Terrace offers 151 units of section 8 housing to seniors and people with a disability. Lakeview Village offers 30 units of section 8 housing for families.
The property manager will manage the day to day operations of the properties including, but not limited to: leasing, rent collection, Section 8 certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the property. The successful candidate's experience must include good administrative, organizational, and computer skills and have the ability to provide excellent customer service. Property management experience preferred. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
