Description
We have a full-time position open for a residential Maintenance Technician at Lincoln Heights (Merrill) and Rhine Haus (Rhinelander). This position will be staffed 32 hours/week in Merrill at Lincoln Heights which offers 30 units of section 8 family housing. The other 8 hours/week will be staffed in a supportive role at Rhine Haus Apartments in Rhinelander which offers 65 units of section 8 housing for seniors and people with a disability.
The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools.
