Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance and Maintenance Team across a portfolio that incudes apartment communities in Rhinelander, Crandon, Merrill, Medford, Loyal, Mercer, Rib Lake, Gilman, Oconto Falls, and Green Bay. The portfolio is 489 units of section 8 elderly and family housing.
This position will provide hands-on maintenance and oversee the maintenance staff and physical maintenance of these residential properties. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of all facets of physical property maintenance, supervision experience, good customer service, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This position will work closely with the Area Manager and under supervision of the Regional Manager to provide supervision, training, and overall operational support to properties and employees in the portfolio. Must be able to provide your own basic tools and have a valid driver�s license and transportation. Travel within the portfolio is required. This full time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
