Description
We have a full time Property Manager opening at Hampton Regency Apartments in Butler, WI. This position will oversee 119 units of Section 8 housing for seniors and people with a disability.
The Property Manager will manage the day to day operations including, but not limited to: leasing, rent collection, section 8 certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the properties. The successful candidate's experience must include strong administrative, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Property management experience preferred. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
