Description
Meridian Group is seeking to fill a full-time position (40 hours/week) working as a residential Maintenance Technician at Northwinds Apartments in Manitowoc, WI and Edgewater Terrace in Two Rivers, WI.
The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic tools. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary. There will be on-call responsibilities with a financial incentive.
