Description
Meridian is seeking to fill a full time position open for a residential Maintenance Technician at Norris Manor Apartments in Marshfield, WI. This position will also assist with Maintenance at Fireside Apartments in Stevens Point, WI. Norris Manor and Fireside Apartments each provide 60 units of section 8 housing to seniors and people with a disability.
The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
