Description
We have a full time position open for a residential Maintenance Technician at two apartment communities in South Milwaukee and Oak Creek, WI. These properties offer both 55+ market rate housing as well as subsidized housing to seniors and persons with a disability.
The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
